I feel like I’m finally getting back to my creative side. Now that I’ve alleviated most of my stomach issues by balancing my Solar Plexus chakra. It’s time for me to get my Sacral Chakra in order.
Your sacral chakra is located in your lower abdomen, about one to two inches below your naval. When out of balance symptoms include—but aren’t limited to—attachment issues, sexually-related guilt, timidity, emotional volatility, hypersensitivity, and trust issues. A person can act both completely disconnected and cold towards others if this chakra is under-active or needy and emotionally dependent if the chakra is over-active. This chakra is your most important emotional center and because of this, at one time or another, most of us will experience an imbalance here.
There are multiple ways to balance your Sacral Chakra. Focus on the color orange. Invite that color back into your life. Wear it and surround yourself with it. Eat foods that are orange. Discover your zest for life again. Look internally at the things that are keeping you from living a full life. Is it your job? Is it someone in your family? Is it your relationship? You should always set out a safe space and time for you to focus on what makes you happy. Go outside. Read a book. Do a little yoga. Meditate. Dance. Paint. Grab a coloring book and go to town.
It’s not selfish to develop yourself creatively and have a little fun. We are always giving to others, don’t forget to give a little something to yourself. 😎🍊🕉 Namaste!
