Feeling Better

I’m forever grateful for the tips I’ve learned from my aunt, Toni, (www.accentaroma.com),  to meditate effectively. One thing that I did was purchase a tent to create a small safe space for me to focus. My mind is constantly going a million miles a minute. In my white, not so small tent, it’s hard for me to focus on anything other than my thoughts. I feel safe and protected. In there I can’t get distracted by the dishes I need to do or the book that’s out of place. lol I just zone out to my meditation music, bust out a couple OMs, use my singing bowl if I’m in the mood and chill the hell out. All of these things help my mind and body feel completely relaxed. I just put this up a few days ago. I had it for months. What took me so long?!
